Which Windows versions work?

Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.

Do I need other software?

Yes. Techsaft USB Share works together with a USB sharing app such as USB Redirector. Those apps are separate products with their own licenses.

Do I need to change my router settings?

No. Techsaft USB Share connects out to our server, so there is nothing to open or forward on your router.

Can I use one key on two PCs?

No. A key is locked to the first PC you activate it on. If you change your PC, message support and we will move your license.

What if I need help?

Open the app and click Support, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply there.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final once a license key has been delivered, except where the law says otherwise or where we cannot activate your key because of a problem on our side.
